By completing this form, you're applying for a personal commission slot, but please note that filling out the form does not guarantee you a slot. I will endeavor to respond as promptly as possible, although I may not be able to reply to every submission.
Please be aware that my commission queue may currently be full. In such cases, consider this form as a waitlist for when slots become available again.
By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Personal commission rates do not grant commercial rights. The artwork may not be used for any for-profit purposes, including but not limited to prints, t-shirts, or crypto tokens. It is permissible to use the art for private events and occasions, such as printing t-shirts for a wedding party or birthday.
- I may offer the completed artwork as a print in my store (and can provide you with complimentary copies upon request). If you desire a printed copy of a commission that I do not intend to add to my store, you will be responsible for the additional printing and shipping costs. Please indicate at the outset if you prefer the commission to be a one-off print.
- Once your commission is accepted, a 50% payment upfront is required before I begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Full-resolution files will be provided after the invoice has been settled. Payment is accepted via PayPal invoice, which will be sent once your commission slot is confirmed. Commission fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- The prices/rates provided here are indicative. Detailed requests or the inclusion of complex backgrounds may incur additional costs.
- Changes and adjustments can be made up until the final pencil stage. Once the final pencils are approved and I proceed to the line work stage, any further modifications (excluding simple color adjustments) may involve additional charges due to the time required.
- If you request original (non-digital) artwork, you will receive a high-resolution JPEG or PNG file(s) upon complete payment. PSD or CSP files are generally not provided. For digital illustrations only, the same delivery terms apply.
- Please include references (such as character images, poses, details, accessories) to assist in conveying your commission requirements. Designing a character based solely on your description and references may incur additional charges if no prior art of the character exists.
- If you have a specific deadline, please inform me. Otherwise, commissions typically take between 1 to 10 weeks depending on my current workload. Booking your slot with the initial 50% payment secures your place, though it may take a couple of weeks before I can start on your commission.
- I do not create any NSFW (not safe for work) art. While humor is acceptable, nudity or sexual content is not.
- YOU MAY NOT USE MY WORK TO TRAIN ANY TYPE OF AI.
